If you press the Windows Key + Break, go to the Hardware Tab and select Device Manager, expand the IDE/ATA ATAPI Controllers section, right-click on your Primary IDE Channel and select Properties, then go to the Advanced Settings Tab of the next dialog box, what is the 'Current Transfer Mode' of Device 0? (assuming this is your Hard Disk!)

What's your computer like?

Have you tried disabling the click noise some computers make when you click links? Your soundcard may not be able to handle mixing streams very well.

Mine did that but then I installed a proper graphics card, not the onboard one.

I noticed on my older machine that the music would judder when I scrolled down web pages. That was weird, but it was a dirt old P200.

Over the years I've become very jaded after many bad experiences with customer services, you have bucked the trend. Polite and efficient from the Freeola team, well done to all involved.
