...about ebay. I know I should look on the site, but I would rather someone just directly answered my questions please.

I am thinking of creating an ebay account, in my dads name because i am under 18. But a few questions:

1. Is it free to sign up?
2. Does it cost to put an item up for 'auction'?
3. Can you put a 'minimum sold for price' on an item, so if it does not make that, you can keep the item?
