Im fairly pleased with that draw. Getting a result against France, and then hopefully not slipping up against the other two, and it shouldnt be too hard to qualify to the next phase.

Yep decent draw, should go through in at least second place but then after Euro 96 you can't under-estimate the Croatian team

It's not a bad draw for England. There are a few games that I'll be very interested in watching like Spain V Portugal and pretty much all of Group D's matches.

I saw as much of the World Cup that was humanly possible and I'll probably try and watch as much of this as possible to.

Same here. But then those ruddy things called A-Level exams got in the way!

Least the time difference shouldnt be as bad this time.

I've actually got written match reports that I did personally on every match that was shown on TV in the World Cup. So much football. The first half of Costa Rica V China was the worst by far. Almost fell asleep.

Was that due to lack of sleep or just appaling football?

Mostly bad football but lack of sleep did come into it, especially near the end of the tournament.

The quarter finals will be something like this:

Portugal vs. England
France vs. Spain
Italy vs. Holland
Czech Republic vs. Denmark

I don't know who plays who in the semis but it's impossible for France and England to meet in the knockouts until the final which is good.

Over the years I've become very jaded after many bad experiences with customer services, you have bucked the trend. Polite and efficient from the Freeola team, well done to all involved.
