Why have I got two magazines....ah well I am not complaining, they both seem quite reasonable. I think though that the magazines @ SR should be more consumer interactive. I think they should post some good reviews on there. They could have one or two people write a column or anything. They could even charge £10 a year and send out a Magazine a month.

I was just looking through it and all they have is those reviews on the back which never says anything bad about the games. Battle For Naboo, in my book looks/sounds nowhere near as good as SW: Starfighter or even Rogue Squadron. The graphics might be a bit better but that is it. And yet they still say it will take the Star Wars crown. I am all for praising Nintendo etc, but Starfighter looks sooooo much better. We need more of a Magazine and less of a brochure!

Okay so not all the customers are on-line but hey...you can include prices as well. I think SR should have a think about the future of the magazine because it could be big...but not if it stays like this!

The Game

PS: I noticed that the N64 section was a little sketchy, there were no release dates or anything! Is Hey You, Pikachu out..is BB 2000 out...hmmmm....?

I got the new magazine today... which is strange because I'm not a member.

I might have thought there would be more advertising for the community, but I like it the way it is anyway. :D

I think the magazine is very good, its always really colourful, eyecatching, informative and with great reviews.
The only complaint I could make is that the layout isnt always set out the way you would expect, for instance I would expect the Maxx Pcs to be before the PC peripheral section, and I wouldnt expect the DVDs to be after the Playstation Peripheral!

Other than that keep up the good work!

We work very hard on the club magazine and try our best to make it look fresh and new every month, yet also attractive to potential customers. I do the review pages at the back and find it very difficult to come up with something different each month design-wise. I was just wondering what everyone thinks of them and if you have any suggestions for things that would improve them. Cheers, puppies.

Meka....

How would you want it laid out?

How about a Micrsoft Explorer layout(file browser) ... so you can click at the top and order things by date, title, format, etc..?

I like then being in date order.

It's not because I have many consoles, I don't, but I like to know what's being released on other formats as well as my own.

If I had to click on 5 different links to see what games were being released over the next month, I'd be annoyed.

Any chance of both options?

So we can check releases by date, and releases by format?
