i think it is Angelfire, geocities has its pluses, and freewebs works....but with angelfire you can do lots more.

Geocities because I can't afford Dreamweaver and others, but i tried using Angelfire and I couldn't make heads or tails at what to do, but with geocities I had some help from a friend who had done his on Geocities and I found it so easy after a while.
