The "Freeola Customer Forum" forum, which includes Retro Game Reviews, has been archived and is now read-only. You cannot post here or create a new thread or review on this forum.
No? Then you're not listening closely enough.
Will the next victim be a universal forum user, one who hops from room to room and thread to thread or a more discerning poster who keeps to only those things that interest them most. Will it be a story teller whose dark imagination can take you to another world, or maybe a comedian, always ready with a quick retort or off the cuff remark to catch you out and make you laugh at the most unexpected times. Possibly the next victim will be someone who incisively gets to the heart of the matter, making you think and question your ideals or someone who works hard through several topics to keep the forums alive and interesting.
Will the new notable be plucked from obscurity to be shoved into the limelight for a day, will they bask in their new found notability or will they simply melt away to be remembered with fondness and missed.
The contenders are jockeying for position, the voters are almost ready with their fingers hovering tantalisingly over the letters 'I vote for .... '. There is bound to be the usual voting for your best buddy on the forum (the ones who swap votes in a huge 'I love you man' kind of way) before the true contenders emerge to race ahead of the pack.
zzzzzZZZZZZZZZ THUD * ouch, where was I, oh yes post this message, oh hang on I hadn't removed tongue from cheek and now it's bleeding. Damn *
Ignore those who moan 'not another election' and don't waste your vote. The election lights up the forum and swamps it with cute ' ohhh, thanks for your vote but you shouldn't have' messages to make you feel all fuzzy inside.
Enjoy it, its only a bit of fun.
A half amused, half excited groan leaves their lips to the tune of "Muwahh" as they hit the post button, and their soaked sleeves are once again utilised to wipe away the excess saliva from their unwashed chins.
