I only looked at the measurements. And found that they are near identical to the Xbox which is apparantly "huge", so yes.

Really? Have you checked the size? If you do, based on the width of the slot for the media, the PS3 has a width (when laid flat) of just 28cm, compared to 30cm for the original PS2. It only looks larger because of the convex design.

I think the 360 runs off a 3 core PPC, no?
From my limited A level Computing knowledge, I'm sure we learnt something along the lines of the PPC architecture having a more efficient floating point calculator.
