My beloved Jukebox has taken a bit of a knock and theres a dent in the back cover, does anyone know where I could get hold of a replacement cover please???

SORTED!!! Sending my baby off to Ireland on Monday -> When they receive it and log the serial number, they'll phone me up to get me card details...

At least the return postage is included in the price.

PS: Go to the Creative website and download the latest firmware for the Zen... its absolutely awesome

€30 eh? Will that mean you have to send it abroad?

Update!! I got a response, cost is 30 euros.Unfortunately I have to send the damn thing off to them as doing it myself would invalidate the warranty.Not sure how much postage is though...

They'll get back to me tomorrow with details of what to do, more news on this exciting story as it breaks :)

Should be free if it's in warranty, but mine is scratched, so that's my fault - although i haven't a clue how it got scratched!

Its not there, you have to email them to tell them what the problem is :-(
