I watched Ray Mears and his LOTR advocation last night, and it's odd. My favurite book ever, and he had totally different views of it. Still, it should win, even if everybody says 'oh it'll win because it's LOTR' (there is a reason you know......grrrr)

What books do people want to win? (LOTR).... I'm sure there is already a topic on this, but who cares. Oh and one more thing. 1984 is below Goblet Of Fire. How. Is. That. Ever. Possible?

I don't see why LOTR should win. The hobbit is far superior to the sequel/s.

Why is it always the same old titles? Wuthering Heights, Jane Eyre, 1984, Lord of the Dongs - no wait, that's a video.

The Twits is brilliant. It should come second.

Crime and Punishment should win, but I bet it doesn't.

Lord of the Rings is rubbish: a bunch of elvish poetry and silly names do not a great book make. I like the films though. Flame away!

Foolish words, Nash!

Great Expectations does it for me. A remarkable story.
