Can someone explain to me how to make frames on a website please?
I am sure it isnt too hard but I cant seem to do it. In front page when I navigate the frames dropdown I cant select anything, its lame.
I know theres loads of people here who are the bees knees at doing websites so can you please explain for me.

Don't use Iframes either.
Frames are crap. They're useless in 99% of cases and only cause problems, like if someone enters via a search engine and gets sent to a page, not the frameset, they'll be stuck.

I realised this mistake, and i am still paying for the loss in visitors!
