I mean most games on a phone would be only like £2,

Not a good start if that is true.
For MP3 jukeboxes, I would recommend the Creative Labs Jukebox Zen. Equally as good as the iPod, significantly cheaper and still has looks - if that's important. Only thing it doesn't have is games (iPod does).
Jukeboxes are popping up all over the place too. Philips have just released theirs, which might be worth checking out.
