I've got a DVD player that's still under warranty and has stopped playing VCD's correctly. They get jerky half way through a movie. They work great on other people DVD players.
Anyway, don't expect to get your goods fixed or replaced by SpecailReserve. I've spoken to there people 7 times. I was eventually asking if I wanted a refund or another model. I opted for the refund as they've messed me about so much. Now there sending my old DVD player back (only found out when I phone them), have gone back on the refund (which was a verbal contract as far as I'm conserned) and they're still F@KING ME ABOUT. Don't expect them to call you back when they say they will as well. I've even spoke to the manufacturer and they agree that SpecailReserve should honour there 1 year warranty. Now I've gotta write to the director.
Anyway, I need the catalogue page for the specs again.

I had to wait over a month for an MP3 player... But nothing to fall out over when i've been a member for over 5 years.

Good for you, I havent.
1st order - preordered game two weeks before release, paid for first class posting. Game was sent out on the day AFTER release and I got it Monday.
2nd order - preordered one week before. On day of release stock status shows "Back Ordered" and I received the Tuesday after release.
3rd Order - Ordered in stock item, paid for first class. 1.5 weeks after ordering no item. Ring up. "Oh we haven't got any and we don't know when we will".
That was kind of the last straw, especially as I then had to wait a week for the refund to go back into my bank, so I could go out and buy the item elsewhere.

What kind of VCD's is it.. downloaded movies? or properly purchased VCD's?

I agree with Bell's statement. Seems the logical thing to do at this stage.
