I'm not a huge fan of titanic, but it had some superb effects, and told a story that was reasonably compelling (the sinking, not the crappy love story).
There are FAR better candidates, a few I would choose :
the China O Brien films
Anything with Jean Claude Van Damme, he is the pits
the Mortal Kombat films
Street Fighter
Mad Max 3
Crossroads - not seen it but I don't need to
Home Alone 3
Dumb and Dumberer (the second one)
Gigli (same as crossroads, not seen it but have heard enough bad things)
Critters 3
loads more that escape my mind at this point.
you lot must have some of your own. That film 2003 chart was a crock.

That’s one thing that always bothered me about the alien films. The facehugger seems specifically evolved to latch onto humans (apart from the Navigator). Hmmm, perhaps there is another species out there that have a similar shape and genetic makeup to humans in order to allow it to breed……………..
NO. STOP IT NOW. I’M BEING FAR TOO GEEKY!!!!!!
Bwhahahahahahaha

Yeah that's it. *shakes head*
Hmmm....

Aye, but when have horror films *ever* relied on logic? C'mon, in "Alien" she goes back for the damn cat not once, but *twice*. With a 7 foot beastie running around? I know I'd be straight into the escape pod and damn the cat ;)

It did start well enough, until about 20 minutes in, then i was just staring at the screen wondering why I paid to watch it.

I think I've seen this. Is it the one, shot Blair witch style and focusses on a family at thanksgiving who start getting stalked by a group of aliens? If so, that certainly gets my vote. One thing I loved about it though was the filmmakers attempt to make the viewer think it was actually real footage, despite the fact that non of the people in the film could act.

"Shouldn't we just go and get the cops?"
"Na. I'm going to stick my head down this pipe to see what's in it, even though I evidently can't see anything in the dark, and we've already seen the scarecrow man throw body sized sacks down it. Hold my ankles."
Started badly, and then got worse and worse up to an ending that would have been good if the rest of the film had been anything other than drivel.

Hehe, I quite enjoyed it (I love unhappy endings) although the first 45 mins were the best part of the film up until the "eyes scooped out" ending.

Was it called The McPhearson's Tape?
