How did these guys get banned?

Comment on the people themselves, not the controversy of their banning, or this topic will succumb to the master deletion skills that only Candyfloss possesses. ;D

Gasmask was banned but then unbanned I believe

Tribute - Great guy. Loves PES3 now. Quite right.
Hercules - Also great. I need to persuade him to love PES3, then he'll be right too.
Tom - Yup, liked him. Banned wrongfully, in my opinion. Nothing I, nor he, can do about it though.
Insane Bartender - Banned for "stealing" a username that wasn't in use? Errm, ok.
Lawri - Spammer.
Alec - Not quite so much a spammer, but still warranted a banning.
