.... and no suggestions of 'hand secks', I've got that one down, so to speak. Not necessarily stress relief, but stuff that takes your mind off stress.

A few to get you revved up :

Hyper-ventilating
Screaming into a pillow
Punching objects that can't defend themselves
Punching objects that can defend themselves
Driving very fast
Eating ridiculously hot food
Listening to music at ear bleeding level
Killing virtual people on computer games
Shooting chunks out of walls with an air rifle
Stabbing cardboard boxes with screwdrivers

any more ? :D

Flying very very fast.

Just go choke the chicken for ten (or five if you can't hack it)minutes, you'll be fine.
