But, I don't actually know all the rules.
Never really had a problem until today, when I potted 2 reds in the one go. Do I get 2 points, or just 1?
Also, when the white goes down and you need to start again from the D, can you hit up the way or just down the way?
I'd appreciate if anyone who knew the answers could tell me.

True, I was more than a little suspicious myself.
On the other hand though, thing to remember is that when two beginners play, one of them will often smack the cueball into the reds and leave the other plaayer with an easy big break. If these eighty-odd breaks all came against half-skilled opponents who don't leave the table open like that, then I'm amazed.
Otherwise, it's perhaps not beyond the realms of believability that this many people will have done it.
I had a choice of the one I bought, which was machine made, or paying an extra £70 and having a hand made one.
Have a mate in the states. Really wealthy. His house has a mezzanine balcony with his full size hand made custom pool table. 12 x 6 or whatever, mahogany and burgundy cloth. Oh and each pool ball costs over £60.
When I said mate, I meant most-hated-person-ever.
One or two of you maybe very good players and may be telling the truth, most of you however are quite blatantly lying. I know a couple of very good players who's top breaks are nowhere near that high and they play a couple of hours a day.

Not exactly the highest quality game ever played :)
My highest break was eight.
And you can play for cash more easily. :)
