Get into the "inner circle" of the police and it is easier to cause pain to people then that.

Infact can i have an electric wheel chair too, that way i just don't really need any motivation atall. I just get someone to give my stick/twig to me and then just push the forwards button on my electric wheelchair, whilst moving forwards i can beat people :P
