With my college psychology class. As an example of violence in the media, or something. Basically just an excuse for a trip, otherwise we could have easily watched his other films on video/DVD from the college library. I'm not exactly complaining about it.

I knew people would complain about there being subtitles in it though. I'm just surprised we haven't had a "why ditnt she jus get a gun an shot them alll???" yet.
Thought the animation to tell o-ren shi's story was superb. The bucketloads of blood used in the fight scenes were also fabulously over the top.
The opening scene is nothing less than shocking. When she woke from the coma was also a fantastic moment, the sudden realisation that she's alive, what she's lost, and what's been happening to her...
Loved the fusion of different styles in the soundtrack, we had a little bit of everything. Except techno. That is A Good Thing.
Thoroughly enjoyed it.

No uni for me on monday so i may pop in to see it when the cinema is nice and quiet.
Seeing it tonight. 8:45. My mates cousin went to town with a sack of money and bought our tickets today. My girlfriends coming, after my constant Kill Bill comments, she wants to see it too,which could be interesting.
I really want to see Kill Bill myself but I am only 15. I am 16 on November 2nd though and it'll have been out for a few weeks by then so I'll simply buy a ticket for one film and then go in to see Kill Bill instead. Ohh I'm such a rebel.
