I think you are missing the point here. The idea behind a trojan horse programme is that its a surprise attack.

You can trace any ip. All a firewall does is stop information from your computer being sent out or in. Tracing an ip requests information from your server and ANYONE can do it.

Check your facts before saying a staffie couldn't trace you.
