You know when sometimes several things happen in a short space of time, each of which is enough to annoy you but together they form an annoyance that is greater than the sum of it's parts? Well, that happened to me yesterday. I'm not gonna bore you with details but suffice to say I haven't felt like this for years.

I usually pride myself on being an open minded, easy going person who can see both sides to each argument and is prepared to give people the benefit of the doubt, but today I feel like beheading anyone who p***es me off. I don't mean you guys - after all reading something annoying from someone you've never met isn't quite the same as having a family member or partner say it to your face.

I'd like to say I feel better for writing this ... but I don't.

Thanks for listening - I'm going now.

Awww poor TIMMARGH!!!

:0(

When I'm in a bad mood I tend to watch TV/films and eat junkfood. It doesn't help cos then I feel fat which makes me depressed and when I'm depressed I eat junkfood...(it's a viscious circle)
But the TV tends to take my mind off of things, don't watch serious stuff though. Watch cartoons or something.

*Sigh*
Hmmm...crisps

If I do anything too physical I usually end up hurting myself in the process and then I'm in pain for a few days.

i can honestly say that certain songs can easily squash the anger and shock inside you. I'm listening to Tom Mcrea - 2nd law, and, short and sweet (2 and a half minutes long), it's a beautiful song, with a soothing kind of choice of instruments, and a fantastic singer, who's voice does not at all grate or whine.
It's really calming.

It's the sort of people who say that that you need to watch out for. Bet Hitler thought he was very reasonable.
