You know when sometimes several things happen in a short space of time, each of which is enough to annoy you but together they form an annoyance that is greater than the sum of it's parts? Well, that happened to me yesterday. I'm not gonna bore you with details but suffice to say I haven't felt like this for years.

I usually pride myself on being an open minded, easy going person who can see both sides to each argument and is prepared to give people the benefit of the doubt, but today I feel like beheading anyone who p***es me off. I don't mean you guys - after all reading something annoying from someone you've never met isn't quite the same as having a family member or partner say it to your face.

I'd like to say I feel better for writing this ... but I don't.

Thanks for listening - I'm going now.

I find mocking Belldandy for being a fool helps when I'm uptight.
Well, that and praying for nuclear fire from above.

From the Book of Bad Mood Banishment Tactics: "laugh like the archetypal Hollywood madman when he realizes his plans are coming into fruition." Might work.

It's amazing how that works. I remember breaking down crying once and shoved some music on. Some rough music I'd never listen to. Moments later, all was fine. Music is a life-saver. Literally.

I'd go with the Bill and Ted's. Excellent choice. Both in order of course.

Cheers for the advice. I was gonna watch Shawshank Redemption but it always makes me cry so I think I'll watch both Bill & Ted's or maybe even Dark Star.
