Why dont special reserve set up a club shop in Cardiff? Its a capital city and a huge amount of people live there. Even more so, Nearly everyone has a console or pc.

One last thing. Whats happened to starcraft 64? I ordered it in January and still i have not got it. Its been three months and still no word.

Hmm - Even Billericay would seem a remote area when compared with Cardiff.

You do have to cross a rather big river to get from England to Cardiff though, and there is not as many sheep in Billericay, which has XR2's instead.

This has a lot to do with travelling distance.

We can send a van to deliver in Bristol or Nottingham and the driver can get back the same day. That's why these two cities were chosen instead of Cardiff and Glasgow.

So - now you know.

The point is... they are in England. That's too far away.

10/10
Over the years I've become very jaded after many bad experiences with customer services, you have bucked the trend. Polite and efficient from the Freeola team, well done to all involved.
Easy and free service!
I think it's fab that you provide an easy-to-follow service, and even better that it's free...!
