You heard me correctly, it has been introduced, the inevitable (and unpredictable) 'horse tax', yes, your horse will cost you £40 if you want to use it on a road!

Now, this to me, spells trouble.

I know that the goverment will get more money from this, but if people are paying £40 a year for somthing, they're gonna want to use it! I recon the roads will soon be filled with satans right hand men (thats horses for those of you not keepin up) and aslo thier excrement.

Seriously, this could be the stupidest idea ever *thinks* war...increased tax...Graham Norton 5 nights a week, Ok so its not the stupidest idea ever, its still pretty stupid!

I had a dream last night where I had two horses in my garden for some reason. And for some reason, I only needed one so I hired these people to come and shoot it...
