1. Why the hell was barthez not sent off? kicking a player surely warrants a sending off
2. Leeds having a goal dissalowed for "off-side" when from the replays, it was clear that it was a legit goal.
Other reasons why I hate them that have stuck in my mind;
1. They got a load of jammy goals in the season 92/93 and beat villa for the title
2. All the losers who know nothing about football, support them and think they are the daddies when they win
3. All the commentators are up their a***s
4. There ability to score goals on 88mins+
Happy memories that involve man utd (not very many)
1. Villa beating them at wembley to deny them of the domestic treble :D
2. Cantona fly kicking a spectator, i hate him but I have to admit, I found that pretty funny
What other reasons can u think of?

I 've supported Man Utd as long as I can remember, even back in the 80's when Liverpool where winning everything, and almost everyone else I knew supported Liverpool.
I feel no shame, and don't feel that I should come under criticism for enjoying the football of a team that beats everyone else.
I remember losing in the final of the Rumbelows cup to Sheffield Wednesday.
I remember being pipped to the title by Leeds back in '92.
It hasn't all been good!

If you look at the offside rule, I don't think the goal should have stood. I can't remember who the players were, but when it was passed to the player that crossed it in, there was a player in the box in an offside position.
However it wasn't given as offside until the guy crossed the ball, it was going to the player who to the guy who was offside, even though he was now back onside, hence he was interfering with play at the time he was offside.
Had the guy that crossed it, taken a shot instead, there should have been no offside.
One person (sitting just yards from me) claims to support United because he went to university in Manchester. I put the following questions to him :
Q. Were you born North or South of Watford.
A. South
Q. How many years have you spent living in the North and the South.
A. Three years North, 22 years South.
Q. Which Norman scored a winning goal for United in an FA Cup final versus Everton.
A. Don't know.
Nuff said.
