For those who are technically inept, the items is "Britney Spears Fart captured in container" and enterprising souls have bid it up to US$99999999 (I kid you not).
Whilst the seller is probably stupid enough to believe someone will pay (yeah right) what he doesn't realise is that he'll get hit for around 5% of the final price - roughly $5000000 - which will be whacked on his eBay sellers account for which eBay will almost certainly want immediate payment for.
