B. What cookie monster says about A is true. B however opens up a possibility, that whilst rare in occuring DOES happen once in a while. That being of course you getting soaked and invited in to dry off.

B also looks better, more carefree. Plus denim is in. Parkas are not.

Yeah i agree with CM. a) will make you look like an eskimo. b) bit too thin if it gets really cold/wet.
