I get to spend the day at home today because i have come down with a cold :)

Good news in one was (that i get a day of school) But bad news in the other way (my throat is killing me)

Hasn't HHAT got a cold too?

It was great being off and when teachers shouted "Where's your homework?" you could just casually say "I was off.". Then they'd go silent for a bit and then quickly change the subject.

This also worked even if you weren't off - most teachers were just too uncaring to check.

School was pretty good for me. I used to breeze in late, go to lessons and chat all day, chill out and go home. Homework was usually a doddle so there were no problems with not going in.

I was quite the opposite.

Back at school, I'd skive off at every given chance. Every cold I had (real or fake) was a good excuse to be off school.

I love having colds (and period pain) cos u get so much sympathy..and i love tunes, cherry ones..you can curl up in bed and u got an excuse for not doing coursework, or going college, but work is a whole other matter..if ur work is sympathetic you can claim you don't wanna give ur germs to others and *voila* days off work...and..AND..you get that rough voice, supposed to be sexy for girls, but it makes me sing better!
