'Time is running out' is one of my Muse favourites and YES, I am back online. THANK GOD and my brother who fixed it.
Not as though anyone missed me *sighs*

There's an anti-DW fan club? Do they have a website or something? ;c)

It doesn't bother me if they start asking for me to be banned, as I haven't done anything too bad over the past month. I dunno, I feel different now I'm 16, and don't feel the need to, hmmm, spam as much.

I'm starting to like Muse.

I'm considering purchasing Absolution when I get payed - Cause Stockholm Syndrome was bloody awesome when I heard it.

if you get a chance, listen to one of these songs, because they really are the ones which you'll find yourself thinking of ALL the time (in descending order according to their appeal:

Muscle Museum
Plug-in baby
Micro cuts
Sunburn
Cave

those five are my favourites at the moment. the thing about muse is that they do two textures of music - hard and soft. sometimes they use both in a song. an example of 'soft' is 'falling down' or 'unintended', and 'hard' are songs like 'cave' and 'plug-in baby'.
an example of both used in a single song is 'citizen erased' or 'megalomania'.
get hold of those...

Muse's music aren't similar to anyone else's really. Their vocals are unique as they put some real emotion into the words - which some might mistake for something stupid like opera if they had no music sense and listend to random chords made on a guitar by a raving lunatic replacing his plectrum with a spanner.....

back to the topic in question, yes i am too into muse. it tends to be an older people thing, like 18 or 19 above, and even though i love their music (im 14), everyone else around me hears the name and comments on them being crap or 'totullee shi-ite'. but they're the kind who listen to the linkin park type. They think muse are crap until they hear one of my favourites. then they think they're good...

'good' doesn't do justice. the people who disrespect muse are those who only believe in one type of song - heavy heavy metal, with a crap intro...
