I think Red Dwarf is one of the best T.V. programmes ever.It is really , really funny.My favoruite character is 'CAT'

I have also met Craig Charles (who plays Lister)
And I have also met Chris Barrie (who plays Rimmer and is in Tomb Raider)

Craig Charles lived in my home town for a while while he was doing panto in Hull. Unfortunatly he picked a house right opposite the only School in town. He had to endure kids knocking on his door all day long.

My mates managed to win a fair amount of cash off him playing pool in the pub though.

Yep, but have you read the books? They are actually quite good (abet very silly), and describe things the budget for the tv show wouldn't allow. Worth reading if you fancy something mindless.

red dwarf kicks ass... although i do like bottom for some no-brain slapstick fun. but that did go quite downhill quite quickly :(
then again, so did red dwarf after it got all big budget, i think the only real standout moment of seasons 7 & 8 was the arnold rimmer song :)))
