Diet soft drinks, if you drink vast amounts of them, literally rot a hole in your brain. Because the sugar is replaced with chemical alternitives and these gradually rot your brain, or so I have heard.
Probably just a rubbish lie but thought I would warn all those of you who drink 2 litres of diet coke a day.

Yes having sugar substitutes when you need to replace lost blood sugar cannot be a good idea.
I never touch anything with Saccharin in. And I'm not happy about some of the sweetners either (Such as Aspertane and Sulphate this that and the other).

Nah, Diet Coke tasts like cleaning fluid. The sugar in normal Coca Cola is better for you than the chemical crap they put in Diet Coke.

That's OK, I only ever drink water and milk, and occasionally beer and tea/coffee.
When I was getting my braces fit the nurse was going over what I should and shouldn't do, and I was all like,
