Anyone else had a bad day?

I felt really stressed yesterday and the day before. The work was piling up at work and was relly getting me down, and then losing 4-0 in the league didn't help.
I started to feel better last night after seeing Villa win 5-0 and getting a good night sleep.
The best thing is not to think about whatever's getting you down.

Nope, I've had a pretty good day.
Got up at like half ten. Did nothing, my new DVD arrived, watched that. Played for way too long on my PS2, ate, went driving, more TV now I go out.
Being on holiday rules.

I'm sure he was making a light statement. I don't reckon he took it offensively...I mean it was pretty obvious someone was gonna say it after all!
