"Xbox - Max Payne"

I had just purchased my new XBox system along with a Max Payne DVD...I need help in that I cannot get past the "Control Room" door in the subway station with the security guard opening the door. A "bad guy" kills the guard and before I can shoot him the steel doors close. I tried everything to get to the next level in this game but now its becoming very frustrating. Any help would be GREATLY appreciated ! Thanks ! Ripper

It's alright.
The soreness stopped a few years back - now it's just a bit floppy. I should do some exercises or something.

You ACTUALLY need to use the sewer hatch and shoot out the door mechanism from below, then access the computer and set the alarms off.
