I would like to congratulate the lads for a great performance. The pummeled Spain 3-0 and I for one couldn't be happier :D!

I think Villa Park should become the permanent national stadium.

Should have been 6 or 7-0. Arsenal took it very easy in the second half.

Crucial game on Tuesday against Spartak.

Bit hard to sing when your mouth is full of champagne and prawn sandwiches.

Old Trafford used to be the best ground for atmosphere when the Stretford end was standing.

To be honest most grounds lack atmosphere these days, including my beloved Highbury.

United will do anything to earn a few extra quid. Shareholders rule at Old Trafford.

I can't believe that Man Utd would allow Old Trafford to be used for rugby matches!

Their groundsman doesn't have much of a chance to keep it suitable for playing football on!

My last trip to Villa Park was two years ago - to see the FA Cup Semi-Final replay between Arsenal and Man Utd (what a match).

I agree the stadium is impressive - compared to most. I just think that clubs spending all these millions on players and wages have no excuse for having top class players playing on pitches without hardly any grass.

Ryan Giggs done his nut recently at the state of the Old Trafford pitch - blaming the state of the pitch for his pulled hamstring.

who cares about the pitch? most people thats who but im more interested in the majestic Holte End. Im a pround season ticket holder in the thick of all the chants and the atmosphere is electric. For all those that dont know the Holte End is the biggest un-connected behind goal stand in europe. Thats right in the whole of EUROPE!

I agree with all the praise for the footie it was great!

The pitch was not too bad when you think what St Andrews looked like for the poor lads in the Under 21s on Tuesday!!

They may have well been playing on a Foot N Mouth infected field!!
