Well, it was inevitable really. Goldberg winning the championship, that is. Also interesting to see that Al Snow and Coach defeating JR and The King - I wonder what they'll do with this angle.

Hopefully one of my mates has taped this, as Christian vs Rob Van Dam vs Chris Jericho has a lot of potential, as does Randy Orton vs Shawn Michaels. Kane vs Shane probably wasn't too bad either.

Ah well - opinions?

Sorry :( I really didn't mean to. Your Shout is special, too special to have every week so I think every PPV is good :)

Anyway, sorry to revive this topic but I've only just watched Unforgiven today, been way too busy to watch it during weekdays.


Dudleys vs Frenchies

Not a great match but not a bad one either. At it's moments, I guess...Dudleys won for the 17th time which isn't bad but RAW now really do need some new tag teams to challenge the Dudleys.


Women's Match

I thought it was quite good :) True they don't take bumps too well etc. but with Lita's return it was pretty good :) I reckon she needs some more height on that moonsault though, otherwise she might snap her neck again.


Test vs Steiner

Meh, this has been done to death hasn't it? We've seen them fight so many times it's just really rubbish now. Should be interesting how the new angle works though, Steiner has to do everything Test says right?


Triple Threat Match

I was kinda dissapointed by this...I mean, at times it was great but at others it was sloppy. The ref had to slow his count about 2 times because they wouldn't kick out and break the count. Christian got the push he deserved but RVD is being wasted. I say bring back the hardcore title and Y2J, he should be going for the world heavyweight title. Dodgy booking tbh, one night he's fighting for the intercontinental title and the next he's fighting for the world title *tuts*


RAW Commentators Match

Snore! It really was. I actually had to fast forward to near the end. Al Snow vs King wasn't even that good, *sigh* We all know King and JR will be back in about 1 week, so who cares.


Orton vs HBK

This match was great! Except for the ending. Flair should have stayed out of it and then Orton might have gotten some respect. Oh well, still a good match and hopefully HBK will start winning again :)


Kane vs Shane

This match was alright but not good for Kane's monster image, but I guess the segment on RAW at the hospital made it OK. Kane's new attire is crap :S Great bump by Shane, I would have liked to see him hit it though.


HHH vs Goldberg

Meh, this was stupid. They make HHH use a sledgehammer again, making all you people hate him more! He was doing fine without it even though Goldberg didn't help. Who saw the DDT? Goldberg's head didn't even touch the mat he just flipped over onto his back, pfft. Oh well.


Overall:

Not a bad PPV, some matches could have been alot better though, one or two that stood out which made it worth while, bring on No Mercy.

I don't do the Your Shout topic anymore, Lipe's RAW and Smackdown threads killed it off. But it's not his fault.

I thought Unforgiven was an OK PPV despite many of who I wanted to win, not winning! :D The triple threat stole the night for me. That was a great match. Other highlights, I would say were Kane Vs Shane and Legend Vs Legend Killer. They're all worth watching. Impressive... :D ...But Jericho should be the damn Intercontinental Champion!

I am going to wait untill DW hosts his usual "Your Shout" topic before I let off steam, but let me just say I was not impressed with Unforgiven at all. Bah on Goldberg and his "era".

What? Jim Ross and The King lose against The Coach and Al Snow? I'll give it 2 weeks and they'll be back on RAW.

main event was beter than i thought it would but still not good enough to show that either of those guys should be champ...hell HHH had to say fall down to Goldberg after he hit him in the face with a sledge hammer..tut tut. Shane v.s kane was great as expected. Tables match was a good starter while flairs outseide work saved HBK v.s ortan.Ladys match was nothing special although litas busted mouth was bad..read shes lost a few teeth from that. Glad tes won, he needs to get a few wins under hes belt right now before getting a push at the I.C title. King&JR V.S coach and snow was poor as hell even when it was king and snow in the ring. and the I.C title match was good but not one of the best triple threats ever seen. all in all i give the PPV a 7/10

I actually saw some of this, I watched the tables match, there was a nice little powerbomb over the ropes thing through some tables. Well one table the other one didn't break and just kind of snapped his neck forward. Heh. You need to see it.

Test V Steiner was alright, I wanted Test to win cus I don't like Steiner so it was a good match for me. Nice prize too.

Then I watched the start of HBK and erm the Legend Killer guy but I got bored and knocked it off.

Oh and I never knew Foley was back!? Is he a wrestler or a commisioner or something?
