The card is my biggest worry, but it supports the pixel-shading feature required, so I reckon it'll scrape it.

Should be. All of the demos which have been show are on a similar setup

3.08 HT with 1 gig RAM and NV6800 Ultra (Single)

Mine should be fine, though if anything, the processor is puching it a little these days;

XP2400+ TB 1 gig RAM and ATI X800XT

Not to worry, new system soon:

64 4000+ 2GB RAM and ATI X850XT PE (unless CrossFire is out by then, then 2x X850's)

Monkey_man the mst important thign is your cooling device, as you over heat on CSS let alone a game that will push your Laptop to the edge.

Just keep a look out. ATI release drivers every month. check out [URL] http://www.ati.com [/URL] for the latest 5.5 drivers. 5.6 drivers are due this week.
