I'm considering going away for a long weekend at the end of October but I'm not sure of where to go in Europe. I've been to London, Barcelona, Munich, Salzburg, Stockholm and Copenhagen before, and I'd like to try somewhere new. Has there been anywhere you've enjoyed going that you'd suggest?

I've heard Milan can be quite expensive but I've been looking at Florence and Venice today. Both look quite good. I doubt anyewhere can top Salzburg though. It's the most beautiful city I've ever been to by far. Prague also sounds like a good idea. A friend went there last year and loved it.
