Yup.
Well, even though for three years now my mum has bought me an Iron (as I always break them) I very rarely use it.
Just wash the shirts and hang them stright after drying, you should have to do that much.
I only ever Iron anything if i was going on a big night out.
(Yes they do exist in Swansea)

Yup.

I won't be having a TV as such... just a TV tuner box. That way I can hide it easily when the inspectors come in.
