Well Ive been earning good money, as a non-student but it was in fact that that changed mymind, I thought if Im earning this much as a non graduate how much would I earn if i went to uni??
By the way Ill prbably strt uni with a bank balance of £0.00 and enjoy student loans and stuff...

But the idea that I'll be in debt till I'm 30 odd... unable to buy a house because I can't get a loan or pay a mortgage and therefore unable to settle down isn't a better prospect... student life or not.

But as long as it is what you want to do then that is what you'll want to do. Although you may regret it come 30.

I want the first year to be pretty safe... get a bit more cash together before I venture out...
Also I hope to make some mates at APU and move in with them when their campus placements runs out when they get to their second year...

UNI prices are going up in 2005 so taking a gap year means paying more in the long run.
As for moving away from home. I'm scared financially as well as mentally but i will face that problem when i get there. I think moving away from home is almost always the best option.
I have recommeneded he gets a job and earns for a year whilst he tries to decide what to do with the rest of his life.
I loved my time at 6th form... turned me into the person I am today.
Uni will be another stonking time.
