No one even mentioned the T, you're confusing matters unnecessarily.
But the T (which looks like an upside L with a bit cut-off) can be consusing if you have been spinning around on a chair for a few minutes.

It is in relation to the supreme scale of the universe. When you compare how massively vast the unvierse in its entirety actually is, the distance between the R and the L seems somehow that much smaller.
The R is nowhere near the L.
