Following this appauling run of results from Spurs, it leaves me wondering if Tottenham will be this seasons West Ham. To be fair, maybe a lower division would suit Spurs, seeing as a large number of our squad have been purchased from lower league teams. But pessimism aside, what is the answer? What can be done to turn Spurs around? Clearly young foreigners aren't the answer, neither are 2nd rate strikers, or inspirational loan signings, or a former ledgend and former england manager. So maybe a new physio is the answer, perhaps Redknapps missus would be good. Or maybe a big bucks buyout, perhaps we could ask Bill Gates nicely to buy us out, and have a White Hart Revolution with annual ThankBillGatesGiving Days.
Why give Hoddle an ultimatum, just get him out. Otherwise I'm gonna support Pompey.
Any of you guys have any ideas?

Earnshaw you are so right. And if he does i will kill him. postiga is of the highest class and if he gets knocked out of this team, we are sunk.

Yes. However if you look back at the Liverpool game, our defence played so damn well. I think that this scheme would work. However i think that out propblem lies in the midfield. Redknapp is a good player i grant you, but he does not have a win or die attitude like a lot of players. I am a huge fan of Gus Poyet and when he's back i am hoping things will start to pick up. He will neveradmit defeat, even if we are 3-0 down with 10 mins left he will always try and boost the team to a highe level. I wuld love to see him take over the captaincy.

Upfront we are realy missing Robbie Keane. Once he is back and settled i promise you the goals will start rolling in not onl;y from him but Postiga and Zamora. I feel whent hese two get their first, nothing will stop them adding their 15 goals to the campaign. Kanoute, with 3 goals in 3 games is pure class and is showing al thoses Spurs fans who had doubts why Hodd signed him.

This is how i would like us to line up

Keller
Richards
Gardner
King
Tarrico (goal of the month heh)
Carr
Ricketts
Poyet
Davies (obviously 17mil worth of class)
Keane
Kanoute/Postiga/Zamora

I think Keane will still be our number one striker when he's back.

This leaves out some great names like Kanoute/Postiga/Zamora, Redknapp, Dalmate, Konchelsky (sp?) etc.

And finally to do with Hodd. I say we give him to the end of this season, who knows what he may conjure up. Then if Spurs don't get Europe, show him the door and bring back Teddy to manage us. He has said this will be his last playing season, why not come manage spurs.

Sorry for any spelling errors.

Midfield is arguably the most important position on the pitch , and when you've got the two most well-known, injury-prone players in the premiership [don't need to name them now do i?] then you are gonna struggle against any premiership team ESPECIALLY chelsea with their world class line up [apart from the highly overated Lampard].
We need to bring in some centre's a.s.a.p!!

ALSO:::

Zamora and Postiga are being used the wrong way around Postiga should be starting and bring Zamora on if someone is struggling, although i hate to say it i think glenn is gonna make postiga a rebrov type player, if you don't know what that is i'll tell thee: a nobody that could've been somebody.

Having reviewed the match AGAIN this morning, it has come to my attention that Spurs at the very least need a change in formation. If Hoddle wants to keep his job, he has to cut his losses and ditch his beloved 5-3-2, COS IT DOESNT WORK. Midfield is where we have the class, therefore, it seems to me that a traditional 4-4-2 would be and effective formation, and whoever it was that said Tottenham need a Keane or Vieria type, thats wrong cos Redknapp is a Keane or Vieria type, just watch Jamie Redknapp for any 5 minutes in any match, and you'll see what i mean. However I agree that Tottenham do need a quality centre back alongside Richards or King, Tarricco and Carr do a good job as full backs for now. But as a centre back Spurs need someone like Mexes who can defend solidly and make a contribution to attacks. In midfield Redknapp is brillaint and I've always been a big fan of his, Davies on the right Dalmat on the left, Keane when fit in midfield but as more of an auxillary attacker, then your pick of centre forwards.

I was mightily disappointed to hear that Hoddle was unable to sign Petit, as he is a player that I believe could have turned Tottenham around.

But also as a matter urgency in the next transfer window, Hoddle needs to secure another goalkeeper as logn term replacemnt for Kasey Keller, cos if he gets injured, who do we have to rely on? Rob Burch? Nicky Ayers? Shawan Jalal?

Yours Concernedly

I reckon Spurs are desperatly in need of a leader and a decent centre back alongside Richards.

Hodd needs to dig deep and find a leader - a Keane/Viera style player to play alongside Redknapp to lift them when they are down.

They have a decent young team but are slightly lacking experiance and someone to revive comebacks.

Postiga has been given a chance! and in my opinion he has proved himself worthy to be playing prem football as he has looked sharp.

Signings are the solution, Not having Glenn hoddle make them a better one. He is crap and has the people skills of jack the Ripper. He is useless and i think he is one of the few managers i could probably do a better job than.
