I study the plays as part of my A2 course for theatre studies.
Thats brilliant because we get to develope our work and understanding through the use of drama *flicks hair back in a thesbian manner*

Oh those Greeks knew how to have fun!! I cant remember the book that play was from... *as if anyone cares

But I have to say i enjoyed studying that stuff especially as we had to translate the Greek ourselves and the literal tranlations were both beautifully poetic and hilarious at times...

As far as I know it's just one of..

You know - thats where the terming 'Oedipus complex' comes from

Ahh yes I knew it sounded familiar... did you ever do ancient Greek literature by any chance?? You know that play where a dove sips some hemlock meant for someone and it dies raising the alarm...
