well they only have your email. they could trace it back to you but it seems highly unlikely as they haven't contacted you in person. I think you'll find the age of criminal responsibility is lower than 18, i think but i may be wrong it is 14. Doubt Kazaa would contact you anyway, they so don't care what happens on their service. It is more than likely only the people who signed up to the full subscription version, that are being sued. ANd besides they ar eonly suing in the states at the moment and have declared an amnesty, so if you haven't already been sued you can remove the shared items and they will leave it. but i think they'll cool on it soon, it is a scare tactic to stop people sharing and reduce it that way and in fairness it will probably work in the short term, but dodgy characters will pobably return.
