"Me and games.......we're drifting apart"

Jus realised today hat it has been nearly 2 months since i last played games, ive indulged in the odd multiplayer game bt apart from that i have hardly touched games for quite a while, this s quite probably drought since i started playing games. Don't know why, i can't be bothered to play on consoles at the moment and the last game i played was champo, and i stopped playing that because i want a new update.

I'm not sure whether ive just reached a point where games don't mean as much to me as they did a couple of ears ago. For example i bought the new zelda ame on release day and haven't played it yet......that was well over 4 months ago. I played a fair bit of time splitters 2 and monkeyball and other multiplayer games in the early summer, but i can't really be bothered to plaay games at the moment. And i just don't really feel like this is going to change for a while. Hopefully i'll be converted back, and i am going to try and play metroid later to get me back into old ways but its not looking good.......

But I'm over it now - I think it was end-of-holiday-blues. Just finished Ape Escape 2 100%.
And now there's a whole load of great games coming out far to close together.

database updates do nothing for me. Just the same as a new coat of paint. Looks nice an all, but just superficial.

new update as of the end of the transfer window, i am just downloading it now, should breathe more life into it! looks quality.

I think mario #kart and ~Fzero might get me back into games when they come out and maybe a bit of fifa 03 action may be in order

I think it's just the summer... This may be also why they stopped the GADs cos people don't play games as much.

I havn't played anyhthing since completing splinter cell which might be about may...

Apart from CM(01/02 - havnt played 4 since MAY) I hardly play games at all.

Only multiplayer Pro Evolution with my bro, and the occasional Mario Kart.

MY Xbox hasnt been touched since January and Halo is still in its orginal plastic wrapping. Vice City was probably the last console game i sat down and played properly completing it to the end. Games like that for me are few and far between.

Mind you, this is nothing new, it occured to me that i was drifting away from games when i bought Majora's mask for the N64 and only played it for about 10 minutes before i got distracted, went to somthing else and never came back. This coming from somone who got OOT the day it came out and played it pretty much non-stop till completing it.
