Where it felt so real you woke up feeling like you are still in your dream?
I felt like i was WAKING up in my dream!

It sucks big time -

When it is nasty and you still feel scared out your wits.. But it REALLY sucks when you wish the dream was real - and after a little while are dissapointed it isnt!

Dunno, but you could make a fortune if you could market that as a product.

And another thing, I once had a dream where i was doing chin ups on a bar (dont ask! :D) and when i woke up the muscles in my arms were pretty tense like i had actually been working out. Any explanation for that?

You were probally in REM sleep which is why you felt frozen to the bed. Your main muscle groups freeze, aparantly so that you are unable to get up and act out your dreams, but you obviously woke too quickly!

I once had a nightmare (that i actually have no idea what is about) but it scared me so bad that i woke up screaming (still not sure if i was awake or not) and i was pretty much frozen in my bed (perhaps i could have moved if i really wanted to but i guess i was in major shock). NEVER experienced anything like that before or after.

All i can think of that is that i watched Fightclub late that night. Finished watching it about 3am..went to sleep and woke screaming around 5-6am. But Brad Pitt aint that scary!
