Are you joking?

It's just the virus being sent to you, "cleverly" disguised so you're likely to open it. You don't have the virus (unless you're stupid enough to open the attachments)

I keep getting e-mails with a subject like:

Undeliverable: Undelivered mail: golfish

Sometimes I get about 5 a day. I haven't been opening them, because I know full well I haven't sent any e-mails to anyone called "goldfish", because I don't often send e-mails, period.

The MSBlaster worm was the one that shut your PCs down.

The SoBig virus is the one above. It chooses a random name and sends the email from it. So you may not have downloaded it, but other people would have and they may have had a few emails sent by them, as you.

Don't worry.

I've had about 500 of them sent to me and about 20 of them returned after ~I~ sent them!
