Just a few minutes here and there. It's nothing more than some basic PHP code and HTML. The JavaScript is probably the most complicated code and that's not even difficult to do. Just got to get my head around making the PHP more secure, so you can't edit other people's villages. the images were the quickest - all done in Paint and blurred a bit in PSP. 10 minutes tops.
How much time has gone into it so far? It looks very.. polished. In bits anyway :^)
