the truth is he has been banned so many times that he thinks he can get away with anything. he doesn't take the warnings seriously and it's about time something more permanent was done to show him he cannot walz around like he runs the place.
The reason he got banned this latest time was for something deeply offensive, hedfix and whoever else were MORE than within their rights to report him for it, and he was banned fair and square. now he thinks he'll ruin the enjoyment for everyone else and whinge about being 'angry' as though it makes everything ok.
