I'd like the person who's causing all this trouble to pay close attention to this post. Unfortunately I am off sick today, but when I come back to work tomorrow, I am going to clean this mess up, and then I am going to take some very real action against you - not by banning you, but by taking some real action which will affect your real life. This is not a physical threat, but merely a warning - you have comprimised our site's security and gained illegal access to people's details, which is a very serious matter and you will be dealt with accordingly.
This is a warning to you - we will do everything we have to to stop you from visiting these forums in the future, and rest assured the correct cause of action will be taken. You will learn that actions taken on a computer can affect real life, and that this is way past a joke - you've caused a lot of damage on these forums already, and have caused a number of users to up and leave due to your actions. If you continue to do what you're doing then you risk us shutting down the forums completely for a while until we can make sure that user details cannot be comprimised.
To other UKchatforums.com users, I apologise for this person and I hope you will continue to enjoy the site as it was meant to be used - for fun, and a mild distraction from wors/school/life. It's a shame your enjoyment of this site has been tarnished by a few ignorant individuals and we will do everything to make sure this will not happen again.
Please note, none of this was caused by ANY Special Reserve security flaws - the reason a few accounts have been taken is because some users unfortunately released details which they shouldn't have ie. e-mail addresses and passwords. The SR accounts and secure system remain 100% secure and always will be, it's completely safe to browse and place orders as long as you don't tell anyone your user details.
Thank you
Ali

Exactly, MSN is basically the same framework as Hotmail, undoubtedly whoever did this knows a fair few SR users email addresses and just kept entering them into MSN/Hotmail until he found someone whose security question he could answer easily or guess. Part of the problem, from what I know of MSN/Hotmail is that it has to work for people with no other alternative email address. Hence the system has got to give people who lose their password a way to see it/change it online - that is why it is so vulnerable. For something like SR, if a person forget their password then it is emailed to the email account they used, hence all but hack proof.
A lot of people mouth off about the security here but it's far better and tighter than most ecommerce retailers and other forums combined.
