... and I came here.. how desperate am I? :-P

Basically, it's me. I'm fat and am in desperate need to a diet/excercising plan to lose some weight around me waist (alll my fat) and my @rse.

Heh, I sound like a woman *puts on squeeky voice*
'I need to make my ass and waist smaller' (just joking ;-) )

y'see, I'm wierd in this one way.. My arms and Legs are all muscle (scary, actually) and all my fat is around my waist and stomach.

Any ideas for excercises/diets? I'm looking for something that would allow me to eat school food (obligatory in my school) and not take up too much time, as I'm heading into my GCSE year..

And by the way, I came here so as not to get answers like 'EXCERCISE!!!!!!!11111' from the General Chat-monkeys ;-)

Thanks a lot,
Nidal

Exercise is nearly always boring isn't it? Doing 20-30 sit-ups a day for a period of time will have an effect.

First thing is to find out your Body Mass Index (BMI) This takes your height and current weight to tell you what shape you're in, and to show your ideal weight for your height. Should be charts on the net somewhere.

Also British Heart Foundation does a large booklet about losing weight with info on foods, a BMI chart etc they're free and you should be able to get one from your GP's and other health type places. Maybe they have it on the website as well.

Basically, find out what you should be, find out about foods, do a bit of regular exercise.

Sit-ups are useful for the belly area. Maybe a John fashanu 1000-style assault is in order. Focus.

Liposuction!

Actually, all you need to do is some regular exercise.

Just go for a jog or take up a sport, simple!
