I was quite sad about this, the man was a ledgend, in reality not a great actor, he was hard as nails, probably from working down coal mines as a kid, and those tunneling skills came in handy in the great escape. The great escape was the film i liked him in most and he'll be remembered for his strong but silentish roles.

Ive: *Makes face with weird noise to commander"
Commander: "You too"

Or something like that.

Hilarious.

I'm still annoyed that Steve McQueen is dead. Greatest actor ever.

"Ten days - cooler, Hilts."
"CAPTAIN Hilts."
"Twenty days."
"Riiight. Oh, you'll still be here when I get out?"

He's the man.

As far as I can remember, Vaughn is the only one left.

Oh, and the best bit is when he's trying to escape through the tunnel and the lights go out, his whine is hilarious.

"Ugh?"

"(high pitched) Muuuuuuuuhhh."

Something just occured to me. Does this mean all of the Magnificent Seven are now dead? Steve McQueen, Yul Brynner, James Coburn, Brad Dexter and now Bronson. Who's left? Chico and Lee, right? Are they dead? I dunno their actual names.

Danny the Tunnel King. He was class when trying to bluff his way out as Russian with James Coburn.

"Danny mate, know any Russian?"
"Little bit."
"Well then, let's have it!"
"*Danny says something in Russin*"
"What's it mean?"
"I love you."
"I love you? Whatbloody good is that?"
"I don't know, I wasn't going to use it myself."
